Job summary

Lakshi Home is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior projects on site, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

The candidate will coordinate with designers, production teams, contractors, vendors, and customers to deliver on-time, quality finishing and a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE in Civil, Interior Design, or Architecture preferred.
• 2–5 years of interior site supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, interior finishing, and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior works at project sites.
• Check site conditions and verify measurements before execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved 2D drawings, 3D designs, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, installers, and other contractors.
• Coordinate with the Design Team and Production Team for drawings, materials, and execution requirements.
• Monitor modular furniture installation and finishing work.
• Check material quantity, quality, and proper usage at site.
• Ensure materials delivered to site are properly received, stored, and protected.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and share updates with management.
• Take site photographs and regularly update project progress.
• Identify execution problems early and coordinate with the concerned department for solutions.
• Ensure proper finishing and quality before customer handover.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure all pending works are completed.
• Follow project schedules and ensure the site is completed within the committed deadline.
• Reduce material wastage, rework, and unnecessary labour costs.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards at the project site.
• Coordinate with customers professionally regarding site execution and progress.
• Attend site meetings whenever required.
• Ensure smooth final handover of the completed project to the customer.

Lakshi Home is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise residential and commercial interior projects at site.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project schedule, and customer requirements. The Site Supervisor should coordinate effectively with designers, production teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobes, interior furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and civil finishing works.
• Ability to understand interior design and technical drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and workers.
• Good knowledge of measurements and interior finishing standards.
• Ability to work under deadlines and take responsibility for site completion.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp reporting preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or relevant qualification preferred.

Candidates with strong interior site experience may also apply.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision preferred.

Experience in modular furniture and turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage.
