Job summary

Graylinx, part of the NR group of companies, seeks a Project Manager to lead BMS/HVAC projects across locations, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors, develop schedules and budgets, oversee procurement, and support commissioning and startup activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS/HVAC systems, BACnet/MODBUS protocols, and good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS/HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Strong knowledge on basic mechanical fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge on basic electrical system.
• Strong knowledge on HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge on BACnet, MODBUS, etc communication protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and as-built records.
• Program the DDC and commission as per project requirements.
