Job summary

Elvenwood Interiors in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the on-ground team at project sites. You will drive timely work completion, coordinate across trades and vendors, and keep the site running smoothly under pressure.

The role requires Diploma/ITI in Civil or Interior, strong communication, and the ability to read interior and furniture drawings. Kannada, Hindi and English are strongly preferred to lead diverse site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior or related trade.
• Familiarity with finishing, carpentry and installation processes.
• Ability to read and work from interior and furniture drawings.

Responsibilities

• Track material usage on site and report daily progress to the project manager.
• Identify snags early and drive rectification before handover.
• Handle on-site issues and delays with quick, practical decisions.

Site Supervisor

POSITIONS: 2 Nos.

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time 6-day week
Own day-to-day execution at project sites leading the on-ground team, driving timely work completion,
coordinating across trades and vendors, and keeping the site running smoothly even under pressure.
