Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is a global engineering group supporting the automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, naval, life sciences, and telecom sectors. The candidate will work on powertrain assembly processes, create and validate 3D models, and apply simulation tools to optimize manufacturing setups at Mahindra City / Oragadam.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Witness/FlexSim simulation software with good working skill.
• Experience in creating models, logical programming, debugging, analysis, and proposing improvements.
• Proficient in Siemens NX with good working skill.
• Experience in creating 3D models of parts for machining, assembly, robot and AGVs.
• Skilled in using NX for tools, fixture and part collision check and part displacement analysis.
• NX CAM simulation experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with VBA macros and Python; developing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Creation of model, logical programming, debugging, analysis and improvement proposals.
• Proficient in creating 3D models of parts for machining, assembly, robot and AGVs.
• Perform NC/CNC programming and tooling checks including part collision and displacement analysis.
• Apply root cause analysis to resolve assembly issues and optimize processes.

• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving for assembly issues.
