Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in India is seeking an experienced EE Industrialisation Pilot to analyze EE failures on harness, ECU, software, and drive resolution across projects.

You will manage ECU hardware/software calibration, configuration for new programs, and lead weekly EE issue reviews with architects, designers, and project management. The role requires 7+ years in automotive electronics and strong diagnostic tool knowledge (CLIP, Consult, DDT2000, CANALYZER) with bench/HIL experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle electrical diagnostics and diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, K-line, and UDS communication protocols.
• Proven track record in ECU hardware/software calibration and flashing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze EE failures on harness, ECU, software and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain ECU hardware/software, calibration, and configuration for new projects.
• Lead weekly EE issue review meetings with stakeholders (Architects, Designers, Project management, VQA, Facility).
• Manage vehicle simulation bench and procure components/software required for new models.
• Train line operators of the plant to perform 1st level EE failure analysis.
• Create checksheets based on Vehicle specification, System architecture, and process standards.

Job description

• EE Industrialisation Pilot - Analyze the EE failures on Harness, ECU, Software etc
• and pilot thier resolution.
• Manage and maintain the ECU HW, SW, Calibration and Configuration for new
• projects.
• Manage weekly meeting to report all the EE issues and check countermeasure
• progress status with EE Stakeholders(Architect, Designers, Project management,
• VQA, Facility etc)
• Maintain the vehicle simulation bench - Plan and procure the components,
• software required for new models.
• Study the capability of VEP/EOL facility and Coordinate the changes for new
• Train line operators of the plant to perform 1st level EE failure analysis.
• Create checksheet based on the Vehicle specification, System architecture,
• Process standard and Validate correct behavior of EE vehicle functions on pre
• Strong knowledge about vehicle electrical diagnostics and Diag tools(CLIP, Consult,
• DDT2000, Scaners, CANALYZER)
• Strong Knowledge on communication protocols like CAN, K-line, UDS.
• Experience in Vehicle/ECU level Calibration, configuration and Software flashing
• Experience in Vehicle EE problem solving, Ability to identify design issues is
• prefered.
• Ability to handle test devices/Measuring equipments like DAS, Oscilloscope,
• CANALYZER, Recorder
• Knowledge about CAN message intrepritation(CAN Database)
• Experience in HIL testing, Test bench creation, Vehicle simulation bench etc.
• Experience in Installation of EOL facilty
• Experience in maintaining the EOL server and manage the data flow
