Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a diligent foreman to oversee civil construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, safety norms, and timelines. You will coordi­nate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive quality and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, allocating manpower and equipment, maintaining site records, and enforcing safety practices across concrete, structural, finishing, excavation, and related works.

• Review and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and construction standards.
• Maintain daily work reports, site diaries, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; report discrepancies or issues.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical and construction-related problems.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and progress reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote safe work practices on-site.
• Supervise concrete works, structural works, finishing works, excavation, and other civil activities.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on civil work progress.
