Job summary

Purple Corp in Pune, India requires a shuttering supervisor to execute conventional and Aluform shuttering works in line with approved drawings and specifications.

You will supervise daily activities, check formwork alignment and levels before concreting, coordinate with reinforcement and concreting teams, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Conventional and Aluform shuttering works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily shuttering activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and stability of formwork before concreting.
• Coordinate with reinforcement and concreting teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor shuttering labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Inspect shuttering before and after concreting to maintain quality standards.
• Report site issues and coordinate with Site Engineers for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of shuttering materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain safe working practices on site.
• Maintain daily work progress and support timely execution of project activities.
