Job summary

Lenskart in Goa is seeking a store associate to assist customers through the shopping journey, share product features, and build trust. You will meet and greet customers, resolve queries pre- and post-sale, and ensure timely delivery while collecting feedback on services and products.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, store cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs for smooth daily operations in a retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily quick count of PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment, physical count and mark receive in the system daily
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps
• Check bad inventory/damaged products and place in designated area
• Ensure daily handover and receiving products from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch or discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash and card sale
