Job summary

Lenskart in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra seeks a customer-focused store associate to assist customers throughout the shopping journey, share product features, and ensure timely delivery. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and maintain display standards in a busy retail environment.

The role requires strict adherence to VM guidelines, store cleanliness, and daily reconciliations of cash and card sales, contributing to a smooth customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers and assist them throughout the shopping journey
• Share product features and benefits with customers
• Explain services, build trust and loyalty
• Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from customers on services and product
• Daily quick count of all PIDs in the store
• Receive bulk shipments, count, and mark receipt in the system
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check bad inventory/damaged products and place them in designated area
• Ensure daily handover and receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch to the Store Manager
• Follow VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update SOPs daily
• Reconcile daily cash & card sales

Customer Services

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
