Lenskart is seeking a customer-focused associate for the Palin store. You will greet customers, guide them through their shopping journey, explain product features, and build trust to drive loyalty. You will handle inventory, process shipments, and ensure accurate daily cash/card reconciliation.

The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, adhering to SOPs, and delivering timely product delivery while collecting customer feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage inventory and cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and assist throughout the shopping journey.
• Explain product features and benefits to build trust and loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries pre and post-sale and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform daily inventory counts, receive bulk shipments, and update the system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reconcile cash and card sales daily.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale.
