Lenskart in Bathinda is seeking a store associate to greet customers, assist through the shopping journey, and communicate product features and benefits. You will also handle service explanations, build trust with shoppers, and resolve queries before and after sales.

In this role you will ensure on-time product delivery, manage inventory counts, receive shipments, replenish displays, and maintain store cleanliness following VM guidelines and SOPs.

• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product
• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment, physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
