Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in e-commerce, knowledge of SEO basics, and strong Excel/Sheets skills to analyze sales and updates. Role focuses on accurate catalog management and timely content updates.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, pricing.
• Manage Shopify store operations including listings, bulk uploads, and catalog management.
• Handle product mapping, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate order processing, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor website performance and ensure smooth user experience.
• Manage collections, categories, banners, and website content updates.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth operations.

Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who has hands‑on experience with Shopify store management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, images, pricing.
• Manage Shopify store operations including product listings, bulk uploads, and catalogue management with high accuracy.
• Handle product mapping, pricing updates, promotional offers, and inventory coordination.
• Handle inventory management and stock updates.
• Coordinate order processing, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor website performance and ensure smooth user experience.
• Manage collections, categories, banners, and website content updates.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure all products and website content are accurate and up to date.
