This is an on-site role at our Ahmedabad office.

We’re looking for a talented Shopify Developer who can build both custom themes and Shopify apps from scratch. If you love turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect storefronts and enjoy coding scalable tools that enhance Shopify’s functionality, we’d love to hear from you.

At Wonqy Media, you’ll get to work on exciting projects for growing eCommerce brands, collaborating closely with our design and strategy team to launch high-performing stores that look great and convert better.

What You’ll Work On

• Building Shopify apps using Node.js, React, Remix, or Next.js.
  
• Creating reusable sections and components for Shopify 2.0 stores.
  
• Integrating APIs and third-party tools for features like subscriptions, custom carts, and more.
  
• Working with metafields, app blocks, Shopify Functions, and custom checkout logic.
  
• Collaborating with designers and marketers to improve performance, CRO, and UX.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Shopify theme development and the Liquid templating language.
  
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, GraphQL).
  
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and attention to detail in both UI and UX.
  
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  

Bonus Points

• Exposure to headless storefronts or Hydrogen.
  
• Knowledge of Shopify’s checkout extensibility and pixel tracking.
  
• Experience with CRO, analytics, or subscription-based commerce.
