Job summary

Mayakrit Solutions Private Limited, Ahmedabad-based Shopify agency, is seeking a Shopify Web Developer to build and customize themes, optimize performance, and ensure mobile-first, conversion-focused storefronts.

You'll collaborate with designers and marketers, implement Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and apply CRO and SEO best practices to deliver fast, user-friendly ecommerce experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Shopify development.
• Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
• Experience with Shopify theme customization, performance tuning, and responsive design.
• Solid grasp of CRO principles, SEO best practices, and ecommerce UI/UX.

What You’ll Do

Shopify Theme Development & Customization

• Build and customize Shopify themes usingLiquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensuremobile responsiveness,SEO-friendly markup, andfast-loadingpages.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, user-friendly interfaces.

Performance Optimization & Debugging

• Optimize site speed, image performance, and code structure.
• Debug theme and app issues across different devices and browsers.
• ImplementA/B testsand CRO strategies to enhance user experience and conversions.

Collaboration & Client Communication

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers.
• Provide guidance onShopify best practicesand technical limitations.
• Help ensure aseamless eCommerce experiencefrom homepage to checkout.
