Job summary

Schaeffler India Ltd. is seeking a capable coordinator to oversee order processing and bookings to ensure manufacturing alignment with the order freeze. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory, analyze production performance, and optimize machine sequencing on shifts.

The role requires a graduate degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanics, with exposure to SAP and supply chain processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Control the ordering processes and bookings to ensure manufacturing aligns with the order freeze.
• Check production orders against current delivery and bookings.
• Monitor costs of orders from a quality perspective.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for material availability.
• Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify improvements.
• Refine machine sequencing on shift basis.
