Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a capable professional to manage order booking and production coordination in our supply chain functions.

You will monitor inventory, ensure alignment with delivery schedules, and analyze production performance to identify improvement opportunities. The role requires a graduate degree in engineering, electronics, or mechanics, with experience in SAP and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.
• Experience in supply chain coordination and production ordering.
• Knowledge of SAP and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Control the ordering processes and bookings, to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze.
• Check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery.
• Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
• Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis.
