Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of packaging materials, spare parts, tools and other inventory, including returnable packaging.
• Regularly track inventory materials and parts.
• Forecast future demand and place orders from suppliers based on data analysis.
• Organize packaging to prevent damage and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping providers to dispatch products per packaging standards.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier discrepancies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper records keeping of packaging material / spare parts, tools, and other inventory, returnable packaging, account handling and packaging supply (customer, supplier, internal).
• Keep track of inventory materials and parts regularly.
• Identify future demand and order needed amount from suppliers based on forecast models and historical data analysis.
• Organize packaging by implementing established methods to prevent damage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping providers to dispatch products in line with the packaging standards.
• Follow up the purchase orders to ensure timely delivery, monitor order status, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.

Your Qualifications
