Responsibilities

• Control ordering processes and bookings to align with order forecasts.
• Check production orders against delivery schedules and bookings.
• Monitor order costs and quality-related aspects.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for material availability.
• Generate production performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Refine machine sequencing on shift basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Control the ordering processes and bookings, in order to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze.
• Check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery.
• Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
• Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis.
