Job summary

Starbucks in Karnataka is seeking a Store Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, lead the shift team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience to every customer.

You will delegate tasks, ensure opening/closing, maintain beverage, food, hygiene, safety and quality standards, and coach partners to maintain a high-performing team. This role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality.
• 6 months experience interacting directly with customers.
• 6 months experience in task delegation or coordinating a team of 2+ employees.
