Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Printing.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a senior/shifting role.
  • Must be able to act quickly with smart decisions and stay focused.
  • Strong business sense and ability to drive operational improvements.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise all printing shift activities including manning, leave, overtime, WIP, and PCM planning.
  • Ensure proper changeovers and line clearance before each batch and conduct foreign-object checks.
  • Verify quality parameters and start-up specifications before process initiation.
  • Enforce SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements across the shift.
  • Assist operators during mechanical troubleshooting and breakdowns.
  • Manage printing ink and roller consumption to minimize wastage.
  • Monitor sampling and capsule checks and drive corrective actions for deviations.

Shift Leader – Printing
Location: Dharuhera, India

We are seeking a Shift Leader to drive printing operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe and compliant production environment. In this key supervisory role, you will lead shift activities, support troubleshooting, manage consumables, and ensure smooth execution of printing processes while fostering strong GMP and EHS culture

What you will get
  • Leadership responsibility in overseeing full printing‑shift operations including planning, resource allocation, and activity management
  • Opportunity to mentor operators, support troubleshooting, and influence operational excellence within the printing area.
  • Exposure to quality systems, GMP, EHS, and CAPA processes while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Hands‑on involvement in printing consumable management (ink & rollers), equipment checks, and line clearance activities
What you will do
  • Plan all shift activities including manning, leave, overtime, WIP management, and PCM planning.
  • Ensure proper changeover and line clearance before each new batch, including foreign‑object checks and print booth cleanliness.
  • Confirm all quality parameters and specifications are established prior to process start-up.
  • Ensure effective implementation and follow‑up of SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements across the shift.
  • Support operators during mechanical troubleshooting and breakdowns, ensuring timely response to issues.
  • Manage printing ink and roller consumption to maintain availability and minimize wastage.
  • Verify CSS/V‑Box on PCM and ensure sampling is properly completed by print operators. Conduct random capsule checks and implement corrective action if deviations occur.
