JobItUs in Silvassa is seeking a Shift Incharge - Production with 3-5 years of experience in the chemical industry to lead shift activities and manage production manpower.

You will handle operational and chemical reaction batches, hazardous chemicals, and equipment such as vacuum distillation and extraction, and plan monthly production schedules while coordinating with the production manager. The role requires teamwork and strong communication under pressure, with SOP discipline.

• Prepare production plan and coordinate with production manager.
• Optimize the usage of process equipment.
