Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise production shift in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Meet shift production goals and maintain quality within specifications.
• Ensure SOPs and JSAs are followed; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete shift paperwork and assist in production as needed.

Responsible for shift schedule to include work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Complete shift paperwork.
• Assist in production as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
