Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Shift In Charge- Mining to support coal production targets and OB removal in a safe, compliant manner. The role requires 3+ years of experience, Diploma/B.Tech in Mining Engineering, and a mandatory 2nd Class Mines Managers Certificate (R-CMR).

Position - Shift In Charge- Mining

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mining Engineering

Certification: 2nd Class Mines Managers Certificate (R-CMR) – Mandatory

Job Purpose:

To support the Project/Production Manager in achieving coal production and OB removal targets while ensuring safe, efficient and compliant mining operations through effective deployment of manpower, machinery and other resources.

• Manage shift-wise coal production & OB removal operations.
• Ensure safe deployment of HEMM, manpower and mining resources.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Auto-Electrical, Blasting & Excavation teams.
