Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in quick-commerce operations.
• Experience with JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, or Blinkit preferred.
• Experience as Shift In-Charge / Dark Store Supervisor / Store Supervisor / Team Leader preferred.
• Practical knowledge of dark-store operations, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Good team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with operational dashboards or inventory systems.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dark-store operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
• Supervise store associates, pickers, packers, and other operational staff.
• Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability, and replenishment.
• Monitor inward stock, stock transfers, damaged goods, and expiry dates.
• Ensure order accuracy and minimize cancellations, delays, and inventory discrepancies.
• Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, task allocation, and shift handovers.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and order fulfilment time.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with operational SOPs.
• Prepare daily shift reports and maintain inventory and operational records.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain efficiency.

• Experience as a Shift In-Charge, Dark Store Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Team Leader is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of dark-store operations, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch is required.
• Good team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with operational dashboards or inventory systems.

Educational Qualification

Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant quick-commerce operational experience may also be considered.
