Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Hyderabad seeks a production planning lead to ensure on-time execution of production plans and resource optimization. The role emphasizes maintaining ISO/HACCP standards, equipment maintenance, and reporting across PET operations.

The candidate will drive production efficiency, monitor targets for seasonal and non-seasonal volumes, and uphold hygiene and GMP practices in the PET section.

Responsibilities

• To lead production planning from the units objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan
• To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans
• To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms
• Responsible for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, EXIM & HACCP implementation that includes clearly defined responsibilities.
• Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure un interrupted production.
• Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency
• To achieve the product & package index as per the targets.
• To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.
• To maintain hygiene & GMP in PET section.
• To Create and maintain various MIS reports.
