Freudenberg Group (Vibracoustic India Pvt. Ltd.) in Noida invites applications for a Shift Engineer – Maintenance to lead on-site maintenance activities during the shift, diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues, and guide 3–5 technicians.

You will focus on MTTR, MTBF improvements, 100% PM compliance, and spare parts management while upholding TPM/5S and LOTO safety requirements. Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Eng with 4–6 years experience and hands-on PLC troubleshooting across Siemens,

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Reading complex hydraulic and electrical circuit schematics.
• Troubleshooting PLC hardware faults (Siemens, Mitsubishi, VIPA and B&R).
• Hands-on breakdown repair of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic faults.
• Knowledge of motors, heaters and servo troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TPM and 5S frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Achieve or beat shift targets for resolving machine breakdowns.
• Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF): Extend equipment uptime through high-quality preventive maintenance.
• PM Compliance: Ensure 100% execution of scheduled preventive checklists during the shift.
• Breakdown percentage: Maintain breakdown less than 0.16 %.
• Spare Management: Keep critical as well general spares up to date.
