Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Shift Engineer to monitor and service building facilities such as lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water and electricity systems in a high-rise property. You will ensure upkeep of the entire property, manage handovers, and maintain log books while communicating with the operations team to address customer requests and open issues.

You will also prepare routine reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for the Operations Manager and ensure all facility

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, AC, fire services, water supply, electricity and building work.
• Maintain upkeep of the entire property including high rise building maintenance.
• Report and follow up customer requests and complaints to the management office.
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift and maintain handover/takeover logs.
• Check log books and checklists for all facilities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Operations Manager.
