Job summary

Confidential is seeking a strategic and technical team lead for the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise intranet and digital workplace automation system. You will oversee integrated downstream applications (ERP, D365, OMS, HCM) with SharePoint framework, PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.

You will lead a team of SharePoint developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure performance, reliability and seamless integration across SAP, D365, BI tools and Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint framework and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating ERP, D365, SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL/Dataverse and BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Automation Apps design and development powered by Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Overseeing biometrics attendance module enhancements and digitisation.

Job description

A strategic and technical team lead responsible of end to end lifecycle of the enterprise intranet and digital workplace automation system while overseeing the integrated downstream application (ERP, D365, OMS , HCM) with SharePoint framework, PowerApps and Power Automate workflows. The lead ensure consistent performance and system reliability in complex integration environment while managing team of Share point developers and collaborating with cross functional team of developers , consultant and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Automation Apps design and development powered by Power automate flows ( Business process flows , Approval workflows etc.)
• Biometric Attendance worksheet module enhancement and digitisation
• Enterprise system integration with SAP , D365 , Datawarehouse and other supported technologies.

People Management:

The incumbent will directly manage the developers and expected to engage effectively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.

Functional / Technical Skills:

Domain knowledge of Retail & Ecommerce

Hands on Experience in-

• MS SQL / MS Dataverse for complex workload
• Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps and Power BI

Working knowledge on-

• Deep understanding of integration design patterns while integrating middleware , SAP, SuccessFactors, SQL and Active Directory, D365 , Biometric machine , MS teams , Outlook & other MS tools
• Awareness of AI builder / copilot studio for future transformation.
