Job summary

Birlasoft in Mumbai seeks a Power Apps Developer to design and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps and flows, to meet business goals.

You will collaborate with business owners, IT and leadership to implement SharePoint Online integrations with Office 365 services and scalable processes. 8+ years of relevant experience preferred, with emphasis on hands-on development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT application experience with Power Platform, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience in designing web apps with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.
• Migration from SharePoint On-Premises to Online using Sharegate.
• Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Power Automate.

Job Description

• 8+ years of relevant IT application experience in Microsoft Power Platform, majorly Power Apps and Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Office 365.
• Work with individuals, teams, business owners, IT and leadership to ensure web application design, development, and processes satisfy business goals.

Must Have Skills

• Skilled with Power Platform development – PowerApps (Canvas App), Power Automate, SharePoint Online.
• Excellent understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate connectors and integration with SharePoint Online and other Office 365 services.
• Hands‑on experience in application development using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online out‑of‑the‑box features implementation.
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
• Migration from SharePoint On‑Premises to Online using Sharegate.
• Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Power Automate Flow.
• Foundational knowledge of the Office 365 platform, including Power Platform and SharePoint Online admin center, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, etc.

Good To Have Knowledge

• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Controls.
• Experience in application development using SPFx, React JS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSOM, C#, HTML, and CSS.
• A clear understanding of Power Apps formulas and development methods.
• Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts (PNP Scripting) for SharePoint automation.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, and Change Management.
• Dataverse knowledge and practical implementation experience.
• Microsoft Certified in Power Platform.
