Position Overview :

8-10 years of experience in SharePoint, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

Proven experience in implementing Document Management Systems (DMS)

Strong experience required on :

• SharePoint architecture, information architecture, and governance
• SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Power Automate, Power Apps
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and security models
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs) and integrations
• Exposure to AI/Cognitive Services integration (preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and large-scale SharePoint implementations
• Leadership and team mentoring
• Stakeholder communication and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure)
• Experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Banking, etc.)
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures
