We’re looking for a SharePoint Associate Architect to take ownership of our enterprise SharePoint landscape, shaping strategy, governance, and technical delivery across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, leading the evolution of our SharePoint Online Document Management Solution while guiding the transition from legacy platforms to cloud-based services.
Working with senior stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and third-party partners, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑focused solutions that enable business success.
What You Will Do
- Define and own the Group‑wide SharePoint strategy, architecture, governance, and standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security and compliance requirements.
- Lead the development, administration and continuous improvement of the SharePoint Online Document Management Solution (DMS), while supporting legacy SharePoint environments during cloud migration.
- Design and deliver custom SharePoint solutions, leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation, integrations and low‑code/no‑code technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, support teams and third‑party suppliers to provide technical leadership, resolve complex issues and drive successful project outcomes.

About you
- Degree‑qualified in Information Systems or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with significant IT and SharePoint expertise, including experience in a SharePoint Architect role.
- Strong hands‑on experience designing, developing and implementing SharePoint solutions, with expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, APIs and workflow automation technologies.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale solutions through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to implementation and support.
- Broad technical knowledge across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET technologies, SQL Server, Azure services, integrations and low‑code/no‑code development tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills, with experience working in complex, global environments and the ability to influence, collaborate and deliver results independently or as part of a team.
