Job summary

Sightspectrum seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain SharePoint applications and workflows. The role leads complex solutions, mentors developers, and trains stakeholders for ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have deep SharePoint expertise across on-prem and online platforms, strong administration knowledge, and a track record of delivering scalable SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in developing SharePoint applications and workflows.
• MCSD with SharePoint certification preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, 2019, and 2016.
• Experience with PowerApps, Flow, and other Office 365 tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and administration.
• Ability to lead and mentor other SharePoint developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and design solutions.
• Lead development and implementation of complex SharePoint solutions with technical guidance and training.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and sites to meet requirements.
• Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, C#, ASP.Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS across SharePoint versions.
• Develop custom SharePoint web parts using C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
• Participate in migrations, upgrades, and patch installations.
• Maintain SharePoint administration documentation and provide training to admins and site owners.
• Stay updated with SharePoint trends and recommend process improvements.

Job Summary

The Senior SharePoint Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain SharePoint applications and workflows using the latest tools and technologies. The candidate will take a leadership role in designing and implementing complex SharePoint solutions and train other developers and stakeholders to maintain and support the deployed solutions. This position requires deep knowledge and experience in SharePoint development, administration, and customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint applications and workflows using the latest tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex SharePoint solutions, providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to other SharePoint developers.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and sites to ensure that they meet user and business requirements.
• Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, C#, ASP.Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, SharePoint 2013, 2016 and 2019.
• Develop custom SharePoint web parts using C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
• Participate in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patch installations.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint administration documentation and provide training to SharePoint administrators and site owners.
• Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint development trends, technologies, techniques, and provide recommendations on improvements to development processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) with SharePoint certification preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint 2016
• Experience with PowerApps, Flow, and other Office 365 tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and administration
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy complex SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
