Qualifications

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience in SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019).
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
• Build custom solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Create workflows and automation using Power Automate.
• Develop business applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Handle migration from SharePoint On‑Prem to SharePoint Online.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure security, performance, and best practices compliance.
