• Design AI‑first, Agent‑first solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.
• DevOps for multi‑agent systems: understand interdependencies and minimize adverse impact through best‑practice change‑management operations.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills: substantial knowledge sharing, problem solving, collaboration required for team fit.
• Expertise in your technical area plus a high understanding of other team members' roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
• IT security, enterprise architecture, AI policy, system development life cycle and project management knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Continuous learning of emerging technology, modernizing daily work via Microsoft Copilot office and dev tools, and applying AI‑first, Agent‑first industry best practices for solution design and DevOps.

IT Experience

• SharePoint – 3 years of DevOps: solution development, implementation, support.
• SharePoint – 1–2 years of design/architecture beyond individual solution with AI focus.
• Power Platform – 3 years of DevOps: solution development, implementation, support (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Power Platform – 1–2 years of environment management, connectors, and API management.
• Copilot Studio – 1–2 years of solution development and implementation support.
• Copilot Studio – 1–2 years of design/architecture beyond individual solution with AI multi‑agent systems.
• Microsoft Foundry – hands‑on experience preferred, but at least a demonstrable understanding of Foundry capabilities and the relationship to SharePoint, Power Platform tools, Copilot Studio.
