Job summary

Judge India Solutions seeks a senior Power Platform professional in Chennai to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) while modernizing SharePoint environments.

You will lead migrations, integrate with Dataverse and Azure services, and deliver Power BI dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and rigorous testing ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) is a plus.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or PL-100 is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• App Development & Modernization: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps with UX/UI focus.
• AI & Copilot Integration: Implement Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder for automation.
• Workflow Automation: Build multi-stage cloud/desktop flows with Power Automate.
• Migration & Optimization: Migrate legacy SharePoint/InfoPath/Designer workflows to new environment.
• Data & Integration: Use Dataverse; create connectors to external APIs and Azure services.
• Reporting & Analytics: Integrate Power BI dashboards into Power Apps for real-time insights.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit/integration/UAT testing to ensure quality.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with App Dev, IT Ops, InfoSec; provide tier-3 support.

• App Development & Modernization: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with a strong focus on intuitive User Experience (UX/UI) design.
• AI & Copilot Integration: Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder to introduce intelligent automation, conversational agents, and predictive capabilities into business workflows.
• Workflow Automation: Build complex, multi-stage cloud and desktop flows using Power Automate to streamline operations and integrate disparate systems.
• Migration & Optimization: Lead the migration of legacy solutions (including SharePoint lists, InfoPath forms, and SharePoint Designer workflows) to the new environment, ensuring code is optimized and aligned with best practices.
• Data & Integration: Utilize Microsoft Dataverse as a primary data backend. Create and configure Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and custom connectors to integrate Power Apps with external APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs), and Microsoft Graph API.
• Reporting & Analytics: Integrate Power BI reports and interactive dashboards directly into Power Apps to provide real-time, actionable insights to business users.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams (App Dev, IT Operations, Information Security) and business stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, present technical designs, and provide ongoing tier-3 support.
