Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a seasoned Power Platform professional in Bengaluru to translate business needs into robust Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. The role involves designing, deploying, and governing applications across PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, with emphasis on security, data integration, and governance.

You will collaborate in Agile projects, participate in technical design, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Office 365/Microsoft Power Platform development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator
• Foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively between projects.
• Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for to-be-developed systems to assist in determining if SharePoint or Power Platform are appropriate for satisfying the user requirements.
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms/SharePoint.
• Build, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform custom applications / SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts along with governance of Power Platform.
• Implement solutions with multiple data sources.
• Develop of Azure logic apps and functions.
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
• Interpret and design database models (SQL Server).
• Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
• Assume responsibility for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.

• Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.

Preferred:

• Atlassian Suite: Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
