- 4 - 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, andMicrosoft Teams administration.
- Basic knowledge ofAzure AD, including Conditional Access and identity management.
- Familiarity with SharePoint PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models and service limits.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise or mid-sized environments.
- Manage user provisioning, access control, licensing, and group policies in M365.
- Perform regular health checks, monitoring, and reporting across M365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues and incidents.
- Implement and maintain security and compliance configurations, including DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and mobile device management. – DLP is must and rest is optional
- Support migration projects (e.g., file shares to SharePoint/OneDrive, SharePoint to SharePoint, OneDrive to OneDrive, Teams to Teams).
- Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and support of M365 within the broader infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with new M365 features and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for end-users and internal IT teams.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Certification
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server 2019, M365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator or similar are preferred.
