The ideal candidate will have a Masters in OTT, strong teaching ability, and effective communication to simplify complex medical concepts for diverse learners.

Qualificações

• Masters in Operation Theatre Technology or related allied healthcare field.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality lectures for Operation Theatre Technology students.
• Teach subjects related to OT Procedures & Protocols and Surgical Instruments & Equipment.
• Cover Anaesthesia Assistance Basics and practical OT sessions.
• Prepare notes, assignments, and assessments for students.
• Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions for exam preparation.
• Support students with practical and exam-oriented preparation.
• Ensure interactive and student-friendly learning sessions.
• Stay updated with current healthcare and OT practices.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) Faculty to train and mentor students preparing for paramedical and healthcare programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, practical exposure to OT procedures, and excellent teaching skills to deliver engaging classroom and online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Masters in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant allied healthcare field
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Practical exposure in hospital/OT setup will be an added advantage
