Infosys is seeking a senior Salesforce testing lead to drive testing strategy, plans, and execution across multiple projects in Bengaluru. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.

You will oversee functional, regression, system integration, UAT and end-to-end testing, review requirements, mentor QA teams, and push automation and process improvements across the Quality Engineering

Roles ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Salesforce testing activities across multiple projects and releases.

Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, and project managers.

Review business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for test coverage.

Oversee Functional, Regression, System Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing.

Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, approval processes, and integrations.

Lead defect triage meetings and track defect resolution.

Manage testing deliverables, status reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications.

Mentor and guide QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices.

Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
