Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior System Engineer to lead Salesforce testing efforts, analyzing requirements and designing test plans. You will execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including API integrations and data validation.

Qualifications

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, approval processes, and security settings.
• Test Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Conduct API and integration testing between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Perform database validation and data migration testing.
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics.
