Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SFDC Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce platform tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development & Customization:
  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Implement custom workflows, triggers, and business logic to automate processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Design and build responsive and intuitive Salesforce UI/UX using Lightning components.
• Integration & API:
  • Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Salesforce Best Practices:
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Management:
  • Manage Salesforce data, including data migration, validation, and cleansing.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders.
• Problem‑Solving & Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Analyze and debug existing custom solutions and propose enhancements where needed.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non‑technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Salesforce Development: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder certification is a plus.
• Integration Experience: Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize Salesforce solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.
