Job summary

Aziro in Bengaluru, India is hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer for a full-time, permanent role with hybrid work (2–3 days on site). The candidate will work on complex SFDC development including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Integrations, and cloud experiences across Sales, Service, and Communities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SFDC, strong architecture and communication skills, and prior leadership on SFDC projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Lightning Components in SFDC.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and integration work (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git).
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and triggers.
• Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Lead and collaborate as Technical Lead on SFDC projects (2–3 projects).
• Support architecture discussions and technical documentation.

Description:

• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Payroll with Aziro
• Experience:5 - 9 years handson Salesforce Development
• Education - MSC/ BSCin computers
• Work Mode - Hybrid 2 to 3 days

Key Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Visualforce)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Exposure to Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD and version control (Git)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Work in an Agile environment with a fun team to meet the project timelines.
• Develop best in class high standard code.
• Contribute in all the phases of software development cycles.
• BS with or MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Engineering Experience with at least 5+ years of experience in global software development and deployment.
• Must have 5+ years of experience with SFDC platform and partner ecosystem.
• Must have experience in developing Lightning Components.
• Played the role of a Technical lead in at least 2-3 SFDC projects.
• Thorough knowledge of SFDC. Well versed in configuration, customization and Integration.

Primary Skills (MUST HAVE):

• SFDC Admin & Dev Experience, Visualforce, Visualforce templates, Apex, Async Apex, Apex trigger, LWC, Integration, SF Communities, Good understanding of SSO, GIT, Good understanding of CI/CD, AWS, Good understanding of Sales, Service and community cloud and excellent communication skills.
• Must be having:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrators (Must have).
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developers (Must have).
• Salesforce Certified Developer Platform Developer 1 (Must have).
• Salesforce Certified Developer Platform Developer 2 (Optional)
• Experience working with large scale enterprise organization with Front/Back Office.
• Experience with Industry standard Repo tools like GIT.
• Interaction with Clients key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
• Create Technical Documentation.
• Creativity & Critical Thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working Experience in CI/CD based deployment.
• Working Experience in a complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce.
