Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced SAP - SF - Payroll Manager to optimize HR processes within SAP HCM. You will analyze requirements, implement SAP HCM solutions, and train clients for seamless adoption. Manage projects, budgets, and client accounts while mentoring junior staff.

You will lead with integrity, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to advance HR transformation initiatives across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams.

Qualifications

As a SAP - SF - Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications. This role is essential in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging SAP HCM applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. • Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client human resources processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored SAP HCM solutions to meet strategic objectives

• Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
