Alstom in Saharanpur, India is seeking a full-time Services Training Engineer to deliver both theoretical and practical training. You will design, develop, and manage training content for the Services Academy, customer sites, or online platforms, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast workload, plan staffing, and contribute to tender inputs. A background in engineering and knowledge of rolling stock systems will help you succeed.

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical training and development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals.
You’ll play a key role in equipping our customers and internal teams with the knowledge and skills needed to operate and maintain our innovative transport systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Engineering, ISR, Bid Management), manage training activities, and develop engaging and effective training materials, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering theoretical and practical training sessions, both in-person and online, and managing training strategies and plans, but also ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery of training content.
