Job description

In this position, you will become familiar with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies while supporting routine operational tasks.

With guidance, you will carry out day-to-day Global Field Operations activities, including responding to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams and ensuring service activities are coordinated smoothly.

You will also learn and follow Global Field Operations policies and practices while contributing to improved client satisfaction levels. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with special projects as assigned.
