With guidance from the team, you will help identify, record, and classify low complexity problems and incidents. Responsibilities include investigating issues, assisting with diagnosis, proposing possible fixes, and supporting resolution or recovery processes.

- Detect and classify incidents, assist with investigation, resolution, and closure
- Support testing of incident fixes together with the M&S team
- Integrate updates, fixes, and change requests within the client environment

- Document support tickets and contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and release notes
- Assist in root cause analysis and recommend improvements

Role Overview
Unisys is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Administrator with 0 to 2 years of experience and a valid certification. This is a client facing role, so the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders is important along with foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and support modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Handle service requests and resolve basic platform related issues
- Manage users, roles, and access permissions
- Work with workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide support
- Provide timely status updates and reports to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and implement enhancements
- Maintain clear documentation of tasks and operational processes
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and navigation
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and handle service requests

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
