Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Hyderabad is seeking a Services Procurement (SOW Management) Coordinating Specialist to be the operational backbone of our client-specific SOW program. The role requires handling SOWs, VMS administration, and stakeholder support in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee supplier and worker lifecycles, onboarding, time entry, and invoicing issues while ensuring policy compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Background in service-level industries or customer service environments; experience with AP, Purchase Orders, ERPs, or VMS platforms is highly preferred.
• Baseline understanding of talent delivery models - Permanent, Staff Augmentation, and SOW.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• SOW & VMS Administration: create and maintain SOW records; assist end-users with requests; monitor requisitions and workflow items.
• Supplier & Worker Lifecycle Oversight: onboarding, time entry, rate card compliance, engagement tracking, and offboarding within the VMS.
• Operational & Customer Support: primary contact for SOW requests, POs, cost centers, badging, and invoicing issues.
• Compliance & Audits: assist with policy/system audits and escalate risks as needed.
• Reporting & SLAs: maintain ticketing documentation, meet SLAs, and generate reports for leadership.

Position Summary

Role: Services Procurement (SOW Management) Coordinating Specialist

Location/Travel: Hybrid (Working from Office at least 2-3 days a week @ Hyderabad)

Education: Associate's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in Staffing, or MSP industries

What You’ll Do

• SOW & VMS Administration: Conduct SOW record creation and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VMS). Assist client end-users with request entries, monitor requisitions, and track pending workflow items.
• Supplier & Worker Lifecycle Oversight: Guide suppliers through onboarding, time entry, rate card compliance, engagement tracking, and offboarding within the VMS.
• Operational & Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding SOW requests, POs, cost centers, badging systems, and invoicing/payment issues.
• Compliance & Audits: Assist with policy and system compliance audits, escalating risks or discrepancies as needed.
• Reporting & SLAs: Maintain accurate ticketing documentation, meet program SLAs, and generate standard/ad-hoc reports for program leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Background in service-level industries or customer service environments. Experience with Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, ERPs, or VMS platforms is highly preferred. Beeline Experience is mandate.

Industry Knowledge

• Baseline understanding of talent delivery models - Permanent, Staff Augmentation, and Statement of Work (SOW).

Skills

• Strong analytical skills to review complex SOW contract details, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
