Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Senior Services Counsel to support one or more GSL teams focused on Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Technology or other tech-enabled services. You will assess legal risk for new offerings and collaborate with Global Services Legal to enable compliant market deployment.

You will lead risk analysis, advise senior leaders and help shape innovative commercial models while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across India and global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI products and services.
• Track record of developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings.
• Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings.
• Experience shaping and evaluating innovative commercial models for repeatable offerings
• Experience leading a team of legal professionals.

• Conduct legal risk assessments of new and evolving services, solutions, platforms, tools and capabilities including those incorporating advanced AI and prepare them for market in compliance with laws, regulations and Accenture policies.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team
• Support the business growth strategy including by evaluating prospective acquisition or investment targets, including legal diligence, offering/solution risk assessment and post-merger integration planning.
• Enable other Legal teams, including by developing contracting guidance, providing SME support to deal teams and designing compliance frameworks.
