Qualifications

• IIBA Certification or CBAP/CCBA preferred.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for actively participating in various stages of the business process, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation. The role engages in producing design elements and user experiences, while also documenting requirements using advanced methods. The role also supports requirements and change management processes, analyzes operational issues, and conducts research to enhance functional models.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.


• Produces visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.


• Documents requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.


• Supports requirements management and change management processes.


• Supports aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.


• Analyzes operational issues, working on solutions for delivery improvement.


• Researches market trends and industry-standard methodologies to augment functional operating models.


• Provides analytical support for solutions and projects, delivering insights and trends to inform decisions.


• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.


• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.


• Willing to accommodate work hours for US time zone (6 PM to 1 AM IST ).

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.


• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.
