Vrinda International is hiring a ServiceNow SME in India to lead technical discussions, configurations, and enterprise-scale initiatives across ITSM, ITOM and CMDB. You will design and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms and mentor teams on best practices.

The role requires 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong API and authentication knowledge, and a track record of successful implementations across large environments.

Qualifications

12+ years of ServiceNow implementation/support experience.
ITSM, ITOM & CMDB experience.
Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer expertise.
REST/SOAP APIs & enterprise integrations experience.
OAuth, SAML, JWT & Basic Authentication knowledge.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical SME for ServiceNow issues and solutions.
Design, develop & maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms.
Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer.
Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, performance, latency & data consistency issues.
Develop and optimise Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows & integrations.
Perform RCA for production incidents and recurring defects.
Support releases, deployments, testing & post-production activities.
Create technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
Mentor teams on ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
